Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

By using TikTok LIVE Games ("the site"), you agree to these terms.

What the site is

The site offers browser games that TikTok LIVE creators can show on their stream. Viewers interact with the games through normal TikTok LIVE actions such as gifts, comments, likes and follows.

Your account

• You may log in with your TikTok account. You are responsible for activity on your session.
• Only connect games to TikTok LIVE streams you own or have permission to use.

Acceptable use

• Follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the site on a LIVE.
• Do not use the site to harass others, display offensive viewer names or messages on purpose, or interfere with the site or other users' games.
• Gifts are sent through TikTok and are governed by TikTok's own terms. The site does not sell anything and does not handle payments.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Games may change, have bugs, or be unavailable, and connections to TikTok may stop working if TikTok changes its services.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the site's operators are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site, including interrupted streams or lost gifts.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
